Gramin Dak Sevak Vacancy In India Post

The Indian Postal Department has sought applications for recruitment of Gramin Dak Sevaks in its various postal circles. There will be a total of 5476 bumper appointments in the three postal circles. These appointments will be made in the postal circle of Chhattisgarh, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

The registration process for these posts has been done, which will run till 14 November 2019. First the application fee will have to be paid, only then the online form can be filled. Educational Qualification

1It is must to pass 10th class from recognized school education board. It is mandatory to pass in Mathematics and English.
2Candidates who passed the class X examination in the first attempt will be given preference.
3It is must to have knowledge about local language.
4You should know how to ride a bicycle.

Technical Ability

160 days Basic Computer Training Certificate from the recognized school education board.
2Candidates who have studied computer as a subject in class X or XII or higher will be exempted from the Basic Computer Information Certificate.

Pay Scale (By Post)

GDS BPMRs 12,000 to Rs 14,500
GDS ABPMRs 10,000 to Rs 12,000

Age Range

Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years. The age limit will be decided on 15 October 2019.
In the maximum age limit, the SC will be given five years, OBC class three years and the disabled 10 years.

Selection Process

Based on the online submission applications of the candidates, the merit list will be prepared and selected.
Candidates having higher educational qualification will not get any kind of priority. The final selection will be based on the marks obtained in 10th standard.

Application fee

Unreserved and OBC category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 100.
SC / ST, Handicap and women will not have to pay any kind of fee.
Fees can be paid online or at the post office.
